VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC agrees to create 4 pages containing associate information, containing agent bio (if available) and image (if available).Client must provide VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC with the bios and images of 4 associates.
VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC agrees to create 4 pages containing community pages, containing wikipedia community profile (if available) a school module (if available) and dynamic listings within the area (if available). Client must provide VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC with the name and zip code of their 4 primary target areas.
VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC agrees to create 4 pages containing client testimonials. Client must provide VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC with 4 testimonials before VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC will proceed with work.
VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC agrees to create 4 or 7 pages containing Market Stat tables of their primary target areas, depending upon the Client’s selected plan, provided Altos Research covers the area and the client provides the names and zip codes.
VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC agrees to create a page containing the Altos Research Market Mapper feature, indicating their 4 primary target areas, and subscription to Altos Research market reports, provided Altos Research covers the area and the client provides the names and zip codes.
VIRTUAL RESULTS LLC agrees to create a page containing generic list with us content, which can be customized should the client provide the alternate content.
VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC agrees to create a page containing thumbnail images and excerpts from each blog post with links to full post. Single post pages are provided by the Virtual Results PubSub blog syndication service and include text, images and video along with social media sharing and commenting functions.
VIRTUAL RESULTS™ LLC agrees to create a page containing client’s contact info and a lead capture form and set up email notifications to the client’s primary email, as indicated on the questionnaire.

Transfer of Content:
The scope of this site build does include transfer of content from old site(s) to the new site, beyond what is described above. Client understands and agrees that it is his or her responsibility to preserve any content from that site prior to the new site launching. Fee based content transfer services are available.
Website Customization:
All customization of Client’s site is considered billable. This includes, but is not limited to, color changes, font changes, changes to widget functionality or aesthetics, creation of additional features, programming changes, etc. Client can email our support team at support@virtualresults.net for a quote on the cost of any customization to the new site.
Expanding the Scope:
Once the site build has been completed, client has the option of adding more content, pages, approved plugins, additional communities/listing pages/associates to the site. Client may also expand the scope of the site build for an additional cost. To request expansion of scope during site build, Client can email assigned project manager all request details for information and quote.
