Zopim Chat Feature

From CJ – I use the Zopim chat plugin on our website and suggest our clients do as well. Though there is a free trial and even a free version of this chat tool, I would suggest the $9.00 a month plan if you only have one person monitoring the chat when it is live.

This allows you to have up to 8 live chats and most importantly, no chat function visible when nobody is monitoring the website. There is nothing worse then a client/prospect seeing a chat feature that is Offline during business hours.
